Asthma symptoms

Asthma symptoms are very easy to recognize. These are the main symptoms of asthma.

Shortness of breath or breathlessness: You feel like you can't get enough air in or out of your lungs and it's especially difficult to breathe.

Persistent or persistent cough: You have a cough that does not go away for several days and you often cough at night or after exercise.

Wheezing: You hear a whistling sound every time you breathe.

Tightness in the Chest: The chest feels tight, as if someone is pressing the chest or someone is sitting on your chest.

It is not necessary that all these symptoms appear in every asthma patient. For example, some people experience sleep disturbances due to excessive coughing at night, while others experience shortness of breath during exercise. So observe your symptoms carefully. By doing this, you can help your doctor correctly diagnose your condition.
